Fantastic service

I had an unpleasant experience at Sorbet Rosebank and had a bad set of nails done. I called to complain and requested to have it fixed at Sorbet Rivonia Village.<br> <br> I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and, because of the bad service at Rosebank, I was already hesitant to have my nails done again. They had been filed very thin, were tearing and very sensitive.<br> <br> I have never before had such a perfect set of nails done. I was completely happy and there were no mistakes at all. The woman who did my nails, Gloria, was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the products. She recommended what was healthiest and best for my nails and my nails still look great a week later.<br> <br> Devon was also very friendly and made the effort to call me afterwards just to find out whether I was satisfied with the product and service.<br> <br> This branch is truly excellent and I will definitely go back again. Even though it was not their mistake, they did a fantastic job of fixing my nails and did so with a big smile.
