Eyebrow wax turns into a face wax Pt. 2

<p>After getting my skin ********** some 2 weeks ago during an eyebrow wax at the Clearwater Mall Sorbet, dealing with an *********** therapust and then a rude owner, I returned to the beauty bar on Friday (19 August 2016). </p> <p> </p> <p>My reason for going into the store was rather simple - to speak to the owner face to face in order to follow up on how they are going to attempt to rectify the blemish on my face caused by one of their the******s. Unfortunately, the owner was not in. The owners mother was however there - seated behind the counter and chatting to those ladies who did not have any clients or who had no work to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon walking into the store, I spoke to the lady behind the counter and enquires if she was the owner. She recognized my story immediately since I reported it to head office (whereby nothing concrete has been done about my bad experience or scar below my eyebrow). After asking what corrective action they intend taking, the owners mother became hostile, rude and rather unpleasant to talk to. To me, this was no surprise - given that this seems to be the culture within this particular branch. Showing her annoyance at the fact that this matter had been reported to head office, I repeatedly got told that their insurance company is dealing with the matter given that it is somewhat medical in nature. When bringing it to her attention that 2 weeks have past and no one from the insurance company has contacted me, the lady became even more abrupt. What disgusts me is the fact that she could look at the mark left on my face (in front of clients and staff) and publicly state that they can not admit to causing the mark that has been left on my face. Thereafter, she continued to tell me how she "actually can't be speaking to me". </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm shocked! I'm disgusted! I'm appalled! How shrewed does one need to be, to categorically lie in order to avoid taking accountability for a the****** actions that's clearly demonstative of questionable competencies. </p> <p> </p> <p>Owners like these discredit the whole franchise and ***** the business name. Please be aware when deciding to go to Sorbet - particularly the Clearwater outlet. Treatment can be abrasive, both in interaction and during treatment. </p>
