Eyebrow wax poorly done

I visited Sorbet for the first time yesterday in the hopes of having my eyebrows waxed properly. The staff were very professional and welcoming so I have no complaints on that front. However, once Mariam waxed my eyebrows, I was not entirely happy. I asked her if she could neaten them up a bit more but she said to leave it as it would not look good if she did anything else to them. Trusting her professional opinion, I paid and left. However when I got home I realised how untidy my eyebrows still looked. I have never lodged a complaint for any service I've received so for me to do so now means that I'm very upset with the service rendered. I'm not necessarily asking for a refund but I would appreciate if something would be done- i.e maybe another beautician could neaten/shape my eyebrows properly. Thank you.
