Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Service & Poor Management

I had a truly traumatic experience at Sorbet Man Menlyn Maine. The barber who cut my hair was clearly untrained or completely lacking in skill — my hair was left uneven, chopped in patches, and looked as if it had been hacked away due to lice. It was not just a bad haircut; it was a complete butchering.

I attempted to escalate the matter responsibly, but was met with equal levels of unprofessionalism. The manager was "unavailable" for two days. When I called the head office, I was passed around from person to person with no accountability. Eventually, the general manager hung up on me mid-call — completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful.

If you value your appearance, professionalism, or self-esteem, I strongly advise you to avoid this branch. They lack not only trained barbers but also the most basic customer service standards. A brand like Sorbet should be doing much better.
