Extremely Disappointed – No Resolution for Faulty Sorbet Products

I’m writing this review out of frustration and disappointment with both Sorbet and Clicks.

I purchased two Sorbet Foam Handwashes – one orange and one purple. The purple one leaked completely into my bathroom cabinet and had to be thrown away. The orange one does not foam at all and instead just spills out as a thin liquid, making it unusable.

I emailed Sorbet and received an initial response requesting product details, which I provided in full. However, since then, I’ve received no further feedback or resolution. To make matters worse, my emails to Clicks (the retailer) have bounced back entirely.

These are not cheap products, and as a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-through. I expected more from trusted brands like Sorbet and Clicks.

I would appreciate immediate feedback and a proper resolution.
