Excruciating burning eyes after lash extension removal

I am a long time Sorbet customer for gellish and sometimes facials.

I just had my eyelash extensions removed at Sorbet Olivedale for the first time. I had to ask the technician to pause the process, because my eyes were burning from the chemical they use or the way it was app****. It felt like the chemical got into both my eyes and they were on fire. It was excruciatingly painful.

I have had lash extensions for years and been to 4 different salons to have them removed. This has never happened to me before.

I let the technician and Manager know what happened. They shrugged their shoulders and said that the product, Rapid Lash, thaat they use always burns. The Manager said everyone experiences it and it's normal. I explained that I had never experienced this with the other 4 salons I'd been to. She had no answer and the Manager insisted I pay. I mentioned the sign on their wall stating that if you're not satisfied, you don't need to pay. The Manager said that did not apply to a product. Therefore I had to pay.

I paid for the service. I still have glue on my lashes and my eyes are still burning. I am concerned about damage to my eyes.
