Excellent service from Giggie

Dear Sorbert Sandon, It was a few years back which brought me to your shop. I was complaining about another Sorbert who just couldn't get my nails right. At the time the shop gave me Giggie to fix me up and I completely loved the result. And by the way it looked good and it lasted. To my dismay 4 weeks back I did a polygel set, done by Lindrose, at Sandton and was very dissapointed with the outcome. Unfortunately my lady Thandeka was no longer there. Because I really love the ladies so much I did not complain. I however within a week and a half came back for a fix this time I was fortunate that Giggie could help me. I walked our there not minding to pay because I loved the result. It was a really beautiful set. Unfortunately 3 days later two nails broke, sadly this time I went back and refused to pay. After 3 days another 2 broke now again back at the shop and this time I am demanding a new set. As professional as Sorbet is they agreed and Giggie did her magic again and I love the result. Sadly I fear this may be a reflection on Giggie's work, which it is not, she was fixing someone else's problem, firstly I am writing this because I am in awe of how well Giggie treated the situation even though she did not create the problem. Secondly I am writing this because I hope Sorbet Sandton realises what talent they have in Giggie. I always speak highly of the shop and recommend you to all my friends and family but I must be specific it is because of the high level of service and beautiful attitude I get from Giggie. She is the face of Sorbet Sandton, please treasure her for the gem she is. I am really sorry for coming back so many times Giggie, keep that smile on your face it's your best asset!
