Excellency

If customer service had a face then it will definitely be the gentleman working the reception area at Sorbet Mall of Africa. I called in on the 13th of Feb looking to make an appointment for the 14th and the phone rang about 4 times with no answer. On the 4th try i got through to the guy call Tumi and he was professional and eager to assist me, he explained about different treatments and the special they had going. On the 14th i came with my brother and we explained we only booked for me and asked if they could also take my brother for a shave and manicure and pedicure......i was soon to be blown away as the guy i spoke to on the phone Tumi, was the same person who was assisting us. He left the reception to go get someone to assist my brother, he offered us something to drink and took us to our seats where we were assisted by Bryan and Lawrence who also gave excellent service. Honestly a friend of mine recommended Sorbet mall of Africa and i was a bit hesitant but now i am glad he did because i totally got my money worth experience. Thank you to the staff especially the guy at reception you truly makes us feel special and welcomed.
