Estelle at Sorbet brooklyn ****** and rude reception staff

Very rude and ****** reception staff namely Estelle. She was not helpful or considerate at all about my booking. I called ahead to say I was running late by 8 mins and I was told I would be assisted as long as I was not 15mins late. I arrived to the store to be harshly turned away and lambasted by this rude employee who then canceled my appointment and suggested another slot for an hour later even though there was ample time and staff to proceed. Racial profiling at its worst!
