Don't waste your money or time

Terrible experience both treatments were a disaster

I had two treatments done at Sorbet Broadacres and both were incredibly disappointing.

First, my eyelash extension appointment was off to a bad start when the lash tech arrived 25 minutes late. No apology. The chair felt extremely uncomfortable, and I had to ask her to refill them during the session. Even after that, they still looked like an amateur had done them uneven and poorly placed.

Next was a brow tint. I clearly stated I wanted a brown tint, but the brow tech used black anyway. She left the tint on for less than five minutes, so there was no definition, no precision just a dark mess that didn't match my features at all.

To make it worse, the salon was loud the entire time. Staff were having full-on personal conversations, making it impossible to relax. Sitting there reminded me why I stopped going in the first place. It’s only gotten worse.

Honestly, don’t even bother. Total waste of time and money.
