Don't go to the Menlyn Branch!!!

I went in for a facial on the 16th of April 2024 and had a terrible experience at your Menlyn Branch. My entire face was burnt, and I am left with scarring and abrasions, the experience has left me very traumatised. I informed the the****** that my skin was sensitive and further asked if the facial that I had booked was suitable for sensitive skin, and she confirmed that it was suitable. I hardly slept in the evening because I was in pain from the burns, in the process of having my skin fried, your the****** kept on s****ing my chin, cheeks and nose repeatedly, which damaged my skin even more. I am so disappointed and I will never support sobert again! The the****** further advised me to purchase sebum clearing products yet my skin is dry and I don't suffer from any kind of breakouts.
