Do not use Sorbet - Waste of money & time

I am so disappointed and do not recommend anyone do their nails at Sorbet. This is the 3rd time I have had issues at Sorbet dry bar Eastgate after being with them for over a year. This time I had my nails done with tips, acrylic and gelish over and this took over 2 and a half hours firstly, secondly both thumb nails broke within 5 days. Went back to get them repaired, it took 1 and a half hours. I was happy, they helped and sorted me out, however 10 days after my first set, another 2 (different nails) have broken. After 5 hours of my time wasted and over R800 spent this is ridiculous. I dont mind paying but deserve excellent quality that does not constantly need fixing. Dont waste your time or money at this place. I will NEVER use this store/franchise again!
