Sorbet Menlyn is the most awful Sorbet I have been to and I have been to many. I have made the mistake of giving them several chances based on the (incorrect) assumption that no store could be THAT bad (plus, it's located near to my house). But Sorbet Menlyn is really that bad.

Let's count the ways in which this is a terrible place to spend you hard-earned money: 1. I've been booked for a manicure and pedicure prior to which the******s kept me waiting to argue about who will do it (apparently they would have preferred to relax). 2. I've arrived at this Sorbet and been kept for 30 minutes, after which it was revealed that the treatments I'd booked telephonically had not in fact been booked. 3. I've attempted to return a product after being given incorrect information by a the******. Instead of giving me a refund as I was promised days earlier, the manager called me in for a 30 minute interrogation. During this 'quality time' she insisted I call her employee (the the******) a **** and insisted my refund come out of her wage (something I do not necessarily believe is ethical).

There are much better Sorbet locations near this one that will not fill you with rage and disappointment. Visit one of those instead.

This place is awful from the top down and is an embarrassment to the Sorbet brand.
