Dissappointed

Dissappointed - my sorbet voucher expired on 30/06/2025, I had called their customer services on 1/08/2025 for assistance explaining my situation and to ask for an exception to be able to use the gift card within the next day. I was told by their IT department that unfortunately nothing can be done as their systems dont allow for such. The voucher was for a substancial amount of R800. How is it that Sorbet is unable to oblige with allowing me use of the money that yes belongs to me. Im not asking for a refund, just to be able to use what does rightfully belong to me.
