Dissapointing experience at Sorbet paarl

Worst experience at Sorbet Paarl Mall. I got a gift voucher for my 30th birthday and decided to go and do my gel hands and feet. I already booked on the 1st of February 2023, I went on the 11th February. I was always went to go and wax my eyebrows but this was the first experience for nails. Firstly they had all the excuses for the colour I wanted being low on stock or nothing at all. I was sitting so oooo uncomfortable because they did my hands and feet at the same time because of time like really!!!! My nails lifted on the 15th already. It was definitely not salon quality. I was suppose to get 50% off but had to pay extra. I was really disappointed and the receptionist was also so unfriendly that day
