Disinterest in customer service.

Gift voucher purchased from Wonderpark center declined when I used it at Bryanston Shopping center. Lady who assisted me said that my voucher doesn't have credit. The voucher had credit but due to Sorbert system update some stores cannot read the card. Called H/O on Monday 21st June to log a query, only today, Thursday 24th of June do I get a response. The query receipt shows that this was resolved on Tuesday 22nd, but I only received an update today. Totally unacceptable! No updates were communicated to me during the whole process, I spent the whole week resolving this matter. Appalling customer support services, from both H/O & Wonderpark Sorbet.
