Disgusting work done

I went to the sorbet in mall of the south today for a simple acrylic overlay soak off, no new set, nothing fancy. The lady who attended to me kept looking around and wasn't focused. She was talking to her friends and filing my skin. She hurt me several times even after I said oww. She used the metal cutical pusher and lifted the acrylic from my nails even when it was still hard and stuck, leaving my nails sore and weak. She then filed my nails terribly. Some are round, some she broke and some are square. Most of them have rough, skew edges. I'm so disappointed by this store.
