disgusting, unprofessional, unfriendly service

had a booking for gelish feet. i called in to ask if i could be 15 minutes late....as i didn't even had food in my poor body yet. The receptionist, said nope, back on back full, she said not even a minute late, i rushed like anything, got there, and there was not a sole, i heard her in the back.... i waited and waited, 30 minutes, i lost it, and ran out, they wanted to help then, but i made my mind up, how is it possible that i phoned to be 15 minutes late, and then wait 30 minutes. also, when this woman picked the phone up, she didn't even greet, rude and arrogant, unfriendly and very unprofessional to say the least. the nail varnish, not gelish, lasted 1 (one day) i didn't even say any thing, i remember they didn't have the top coat for that specific brand, cant remember the brand, but its suppose to last 1 week.... i remember it was thick ran to the back and obviously put accitone in.
