Disgusting Service at Centurion Mall Sorbet- SOAK OFF RESULTING IN BURNT FINGERS

<p>On Sunday (12 February 2017), i decided to have my acrylic nails removed (soak off) after i sustained an injury on my finger. I arrived and I was asked to soak my hands in a dish of acetone, I assume which was placed directly on boiling hot water, staright from the kettle. Water boils at 100 degrees celcius so its no surprise to me that immediately after being asked to immerse my nails, my fingers started burning. In spite of my numerous complaints to the lady who was doing my nails, in spite of the fact that my fingers began to swell and turn a purple colour, I was told by her and later the manager on duty that I was too sensitive. Disgusting, how do you immerse flesh in boiling water and then tell the customer she is too sensitive and in fact to blame for the fact that they didnt manage to remove the gelish application. Further, they insisted on boiling yet another kettle of water in order to remove the nails. So i was burnt not once but twice. At no point was I given emergency assiatance in the form of cold water to cool my burnt finger tips. The feeling in my fingers has not returned fully and the skin on my fingertips is burnt. Questionable procedures cannot be used on customers, if it doesnt work then find an alternative instead of injuring people. I have good mind to sue this organization for the pain and suffering i endured yesterday. Sickening!!! With a manager who couldnt in anyway diffuse the situation, no management s****s, just pure ignorance.</p>
