Disgusting Service

I am completely disgusted with the service I received or complete lack there of from the Bedfordview (Village View) sorbet!

I sent an email on Thursday afternoon to book two medipedis and manicures for that Saturday morning. After not hearing anything by Friday morning I called and was informed the internet was down and I made the appointment for 10 on Saturday.

I left the salon on Saturday after rudely being told that my appointment had been made for Friday at 10am and I had missed it. There was no apology and when I explained that was not possible as I had even phoned on the Friday morning to make the appointment for Saturday, I was made to feel that I was lying and it was my fault for missing the appointment.

I contacted head office to express my concerns and received a generic response that my feedback is valued and the owner of the branch will contact me shortly... I am still waiting nearly two weeks later!

I will never return to sorbet after that treatment.
