Disgusting behavior

I had a horrible experience with Sorbet cascades in Pietermaritzburg, from the 25 November 2024, I had met in an accident and the cruel Receptionist and irritated Manageress was in the front and I said what I needed done. Which was half leg wax and my toe nails to be done. They refused to see the inch of the hair growth and treated me like I came with monopoly money, while they entertained other people. I was using my crutches and they did not show any remorse, they gave me a pamflet and said I must go look at it at my house and rolled their eyes. Thereaftter, I called but they kept saying they were busy, I contacted info @sorbet, in which the jbg branch got the manageress to contact me, but she called once and I was in a meeting. I called back and the receptionist said she's not in. My husband and I just went there yesterday, and to our worst nightmare, the receptionist said oh she remembers me as I am the one with the crutches Infront of the clients. Which is di****ontary. She said the manageress was out on vacation yet it was the same manageress I saw the first time around. Due to the fact I was on crutches, they refused to see me, they had smashed my husband's fingers on their door and called security only for the cascades security to behave in the worst possible way, he through me on the ground, and when my husband informed him I had epilepsy and was going for a hip replacement, his level of tolerance was that of a ****** but in this case it was not a race issue, it was just matter of tolerance and treating people like human beings. When I came home, blood was dripping from my side of my head as the security flung me and my husband attended to it and took a picture. To me, my husband, , this shop needs to be shut down and there are better security companies. I wish the worst to the entire Crue of Sorbet Cascades Lifestyle centre
