DISGUSTING

Was 17 minutes late for an appointment , all I needed was a gelish overlay and the lady said she wouldn't be able to take me as there was another customer at 4pm , it was 3:17pm and there "wasn't enough time for a gellish overlay" , the lady preceded to state that the lady needed to take lunch and that's why she couldn't take me then laughed in my face .My friend who got there 10 minutes before her appointment booked for her hands and feet , the lady said on the phone to her that she would be able to fit her in for her feet if they were running on time , her hands finished at 3:24 which gave enough time until the next client at 4, unprofessional staff, have no people s****s, laughed at us when we asked any questions and overall DISGUSTING ATTITUDE BY THE MANAGER , DISGUSTING ATTITUDE BY THE STAFF, DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE , WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN , the salon is a **** hole and so is the ****** mall- CRADLESTONE MALL
