Disgusted with Sorbet!!!

I am disgusted with sorbet every time. I asked them to wax my eyebrows and they did a terrible job. The lady almost took my entire eyebrow off and then had the nerve to tell me that that was original eyebrow shape. till today my eyebrows have not grown back. Whenever i get my nails done with a friend and i asked to be placed together, they allow other customers to use my booking and then place us apart. They are never willing to explain their point system to you...i think they just dont understand it themselves. i used to be a regular customer, and so were members of my family, but we will never go to sorbet again
