Disgusted Sorbet Hair Sorbet Hair Douglasdale!!!! Never have i ever experienced this with other beauty hair salons!

Absolutely horrified, Just hate the way i look. So i had made an appointment for 10h00 to do my hair at the Sorbet Hair at Douglasdale. Showed the lady at reception what i needed done and the colour, which i wanted my hair to be blonde as my roots grown out and the colour which i had on my hair was blonde and i wanted my hair to look brighter. Three ladies came to me showed them the picture they said they cannot do it. Finally one pitched up showed her the picture she said she can do it. Sat on that chair from 10h00 until 16h30 only to come out with totally brown hair no highlights whatsoever, no blonde like i had asked from the picture shown. Not sure if everyone there is color blind or just stupid. I was so horrified and completely tired from sitting on that chair i just wanted to get out of there. Mind you the PRICE i paid for something i didn't even want. Completely hate the way my hair turned out, hate to even look at myself, and i have an event to go too with an ugly brown hair. Please employ people who knows about hair and knows how to mix colors, they are ***********.
