Disgusted

Sorbet in Honeydew Village in Johannesburg really needs some thorough training! From the receptionist to the consultants doing treatments! I don't even know the ladies name that did my wax treatment today as she had no name badge on. She was rough and frankly in all my years of waxing THE worst experience I have ever had. Full of attitude.... Standing at the payment counter as if to intimidate if I was going to pay or not! Wearing gloves that are to big that practically stick to your already sensitive skin as she's waxing, no post cream app**** on my lip wax, telling me she's usually much faster with her wax but today she is tired. When paying the receptionist gave me the full amount I had to ask about birthday discount wich she didn't even talk.... Just did what she had to and gave me the new amount!!!!! Never agian will this salon see me.... In fact it's a rare find to find a good sorbet salon these days! I love the Northcliff Sorbet salon but tried the Honeydew Village one as it's closer to home! I would rather drive 20km further and get the treatment I'm paying for! I am waiting how my legs will look tomorrow after the beating I got today..... Disgusted in the service and treatment!
