Disgusted

My wife, a loyal client, went to Sorbet in Belvedere Square in order to purchase the travel kit, luckily our flight was only Saturday, as she came home she noticed all products were expired. When she called to explain all the lady did was say thank you for letting us know, we asked for it to be returned they noticed all expired but managed to find one available. Today she went to collect new one and rather double checked at the store to make sure of dates are in order, she noticed on one of the product they tried to remove the date completely from the product and just could not be bothered. Is this the way to treat clients and are products not checked that are on the shelves?
