Disgraceful service

<p>Firstly i tried calling Sorbert Wonderpark Mall several times on 24/06/2017 to make an appointment to have my nails done and the phone went unanswered and i even left a message for them to call me back of which didn't happen so i asked my cousin(who works around the mall) to make the appointment for 25/06/2017 ********** <p> </p> <p>I arrived late for the appointment greeted the lady at the reception area (she greeted back with an attitude), told her i have an appointment and she insisted that i don't have an appointment without even asking for my name or anything. I then mentioned that is was for 12 and she looked at her watch then looked at me and said but it's passed 12 thereafter she said "oh Tshepo" and i said yes. That's when another lady approached the desk and shook her head saying they don't have an opening for later and that my treatment was supposed to last for an hour. That's when i said I'll make another appointment for 26/06/2017 and suddenly the reception lady said if i don't mind waiting they'll help me at 1:30pm of which i agreed.</p> <p> </p> <p>For a first time customer at their branch i was so utterly disappointed with their service that i didn't even bother honouring the second appointment and didn't appreciate being treated like a second class citizen and im a pro Bono case. Having been to other branches, its disgusting to see how certain individuals can ***** the company's image with their attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope management looks into employing people with good customer service s****s.</p>
