Disgraceful

Disgraceful!!

I took my 14 year old daughter for a gel application (which I booked as such on the app). The the****** went ahead and app**** biogel overlay without my permission, and then charging for it!!. I was not informed of the extra charges despite the fact that I was sitting 2 tables away from her, and my daughter was told that it was necessary for her "damaged nails". It is disgusting how some institutions try and cash in over the festive season. This is completely unacceptable.
