Disappointing service V&A

I needed a polygel fill which not many technicians are qualified to do, so I had to call around to find a store as the one I usually go to was busy with renovations. I made an appointment for 5pm and arrived 5 mins early. 30 minutes later! they were ready for me only to tell me that they don’t do polygel!!!! And the person that made my booking was not on duty! I was so ****ed but I needed my nails done. I was then given my options and I opted to do bio sculpture nails. But now instead of paying for just a fill and gelish paint - I had to pay for a soak off, bio sculpture and the gelish which worked way more than I was going to pay, had the person that made my booking done her job properly! The quality of the treatment was also way below what I’m used to at Sorbet.

With all the above said, and spending 2 and half hours at the store, I would not recommend them and would definitely not go back there!
