Disappointing service and quality
Had a very disappointing experience at Sorbet The Grove today. I went for a soak off and to apply Gelish to my nails. While soaking off my previous gel, the Nail Technician caused my one nail to rip, almost into my flesh. I was still expected to pay for the nail repair, although the fault was with the Nail Technician. The new gel that is app**** is bumpy and goes over my nails onto my skin. I’m very disappointed as this is not Sorbet quality. I wanted to have nail art done, however the Nail Technician wasn’t qualified to do nail and there wasn’t someone else that could help me. I will not support this business again.

05 Dec 2022, 21:41Good evening, I haven’t received any feedback from one of your representatives. The gel on my one nail has actually started cracking - this after only two days. I’m really under the impression that the Nail Technician who did my nails on the day is still busy with training or isn’t qualified. Everyone I show my nails to can’t believe that it was done by Sorbet as the quality isn’t up to Sorbet standard. The cost at Sorbet is higher than the average nail salon and one thus expects decent quality. My previous experiences with Sorbet where positive, but after this entire experience I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied and will most probably find a different salon to support in future.
