Disappointing lack of organisation at Sorbet Lifestyle Centre in Centurion

<p>My last three visits (2 Oct 2016, 29 Oct 2016, 19 Dec 2016) at Sorbet Lifestyle Centre in Centurion have been disappointing.</p> <p>1) On each of these occasions, other client's bookings have been mismanaged (possibly as a result of the incorrect information taken down when the telephone booking was confirmed) and as a result there appears to be an overbooking of clients for the same time slots. </p> <p>2) Not enough seats are available for the clients booking the treatments</p> <p>3) My treatments started half an hour later than the appointment time </p> <p>4) Rushed treatments which end up in nail damage</p> <p> </p> <p>Other clients in the store were visibly irritated (and in some cases audibly!) with the above points (first three in particular) I've made. On 29 October, 2 clients stormed out of the shop and the nail technicians were quite unprofessional in dealing with it particularly given that there were still clients present in store watching and listening to the whole episode that played out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Management needs to address these issues.</p> <p> </p>
