Disappointing

What a disappointing experience today. Firstly I wasn't asked what massage I wanted, on the phone was just told it (?) was booked and when I arrived I was told I'd be having a 30 minute even though I wanted an hour. Then I had a massage in a freezing cold room and to top it off, someone walked in while I was lying on the bed. I felt exposed and embarrassed- how unprofessional! The the****** didn't even care, the person walked in and left the door wide open while she found what she was looking for. I'll never be back, its 700m from my house but will make sure I'll never be back and that this store is not on any of my friends lists either. So bad! When your stores are closing... shouldn't you want to keep service levels high and some professionalism?
