Disappointed with service from Sorbet mall of the south

Absolutely disappointed with the service or rather lack of service received at Sorbet Mall of the South. Waiting for 5 days for the manager to get back to me regarding a facial as I was told they do not have the products required to do my facial. Absolutely no interest in retaining my business even after I have called numerous times for an update. Eventually asked for the owner to please call me and 3 days later have not heard from her either
