Disappointed to say the least.

About a week ago I went to the sorbet in meadowridge Cape Town. I was welcomed and thought every thing was going to be wonderful until I found out that they had me booked for something I did not want, and when asked if it can be changed, Bianca, which I’m assuming was the store manager gave me such a ****py attitude about the booking when it was not my fault that the booking was incorrect. I no longer felt welcomed and I felt completely uneasy while the nail tech was busy with my nails. I felt like there was some gossip going on about me and to top it all off a week later and my gelish has already PEELED off- without any soaking or heavy duty work on my hands. I am truly disappointed knowing that sorbet is supposed to be such a glorious brand yet I was belittled and paid R300 for something that only lasted a few days. I know a lady that does gel for half that price and they last longer than a week.
