Disappointed Customer

I am so disappointed with your service at SORBET Cradlestone Mall. I booked an appointment to get my nails done today. Only to get there to be told that they are cancelling my appointment cause I am 10mins late. I asked why was this not mentioned, during my call when I made my appointment. And so I left and looked for another nail bar...Sorbet has the worst service. And I am canceling my membership with them, Cause clearly you don’t care about your customers. I am sure most of the employees are rushing to leave work early, and they do a rush job.
