Disappointed
Disappointed at my last experience at Sorbet Brooklyn. I am a loyal customer for years between sorbet mall @reds and Brooklyn. I made an appointment this morning specifically asking for the****** that I previously used. The appointment was confirmed and I arrived for the appointment. On arrival I was asked to go sit at a table for my soak off and hand gelish to which I advised no I am doing toes not hands. Then a the****** came and was not the the****** I requested . When I enquired I was told sorry she was booked - had I known that I would’ve made an alternate appointment when she was available, but as I was here I just proceeded. I was then offered snacks for the 10th birthday celebration- however no provision is made for vegetarian as everything was meat, I couldn’t have anything, so I subsequently asked for tea. I was then told the kettle is broken they can give me water, or afterwards I was asked if I want some wine. I’m surprised sorbet only caters for one category of their consumers. What about those that don’t drink alcohol? That don’t eat meat, that are halaal, that are kosher. I have no issue with the the****** who assisted me but rather the experience I had today at the store. This is really not the sorbet experience I am used to. I am so disappointed and seriously considering whether to go back to the reds. Your customers are suppose to feel happy and prioritised , I unfortunately did not.
We apologise for what has happened. That is not the Sorbet experience we want for any of our guests. We have escalated this to our guest relations department, a representative will be in touch.
Kind regards,
Sorbet Group

I will never go back there and will ensure that none of my friends and family members support them either. Look after your customers, without them you are nothing Sorbet!
