Disappointed
On holiday over Christmas I found that I needed to visit the local salon to have my nails done . Firstly I arrived at 9 as my appointment was that time only to be greeted by locked door eventually I was noticed then I had to wait for the tech to set up... The nail extension was cut to short so my options were square or round! 2023... The acrylic was app**** thick I had to file them on my own to get them to a decent look and feel... Not what I expected from this franchise very disappointing .
