Damaged and lifting nails three days later

I went into Sorbet on Wednesday, 25th March. I booked with Sam and when I arrived, they said I'm booked with Dudu.<br> <br> My nails are lifting and the gelish was painted all over my cuticles and the acrylic overlay is not filed and buffed neatly. They are extremely thick and aren't done neatly and I don't want to complain but I am not happy with how they look. <br> My nails were filed down in such a hurry that they ended up paper thin and throbbing for two days. Also resulting in cuts all over my cuticles. Very disappointed.
