DAMAGE WIG

I had an unpleasant experience at sorbet in Mall of the south, they damaged my wig and they now telling me to replace it they will give me R600. My wig cost me R3800, the store owner has never called me to apologize the lady who's shem trying to handling my case but you can tell shes annoyed by me now told me the reason why I'm getting R600 is because I've never gave them a formal quotation. No one has never asked me for a quotation and honestly I believe they should just shut down business we dont need such people during this pandemic sies.
