****py service at Sorbet Centurion Mall, and staff with a very bad attitude

I am a regular at Sorbet, Centurion Mall. I do my nails and facial there all the time. But of late, I have been getting the worst service from their staff whom are so unprofessional, especially the ladies who do nails.

On the 30th of June, as always, at the end of 4 weeks, I go for my facial and nails; I did my nails, and they were beautiful, well, for 3 days and they started breaking, the gelish nail colour started chaning to a very aweful colour. On the 7th of July, I went back to them to show them what is happening and they fixed them. But this time they were done by somebody else, coz the lady who did them at first was on leave. The second lady, whom I won't mention her name because I understand that those are her means of making money, gave me such a stiking attitude. She ****** me, like, what the hell, I pay money for that kind of service. It was as if, I go there to do my nails for free. And of course I wasn't gonna pay another dime until they fix the damage they did when I went there a week before. She burned me with acitone that was in a container with boiling water. She did ****py job on my nails, and 2 days later they broke again.

I don't know what is going on with the Sorbet in Centurion Mall, but we pay money for that kind of service.
