COMPLAINT / NO RESPONSE!

Good day I visited your Riverside branch for a Gelish mani/pedi With Anna, firstly was the longest appointment I have ever had to sit through 2 .5 hours! Very dissatisfied as the polish was very faded on my toes and several of my nails on my hands chipped and lifted way before normal

I then had to get them redone at MORNINGSIDE, the ladies there could not even believe I had had a gelish polish application on previously

I now have an infection on my left big toe after this appointment I sent a mail with my requested contact details as the requested. NO RESPONSE, my second appointment with a soak of which was on your menu as free still cost me over R 1000!!
