COMPLAINT

I went to do my nails at Sorbet Mall of Africa on the 11 of January 2022 and as soon as i got home the paint started chipping off, i made a mental note to call them as soon as i had time, the nails continued to chip off on the 19th i call them to get time scheduled to go fix them and they told me they cant fix them since its i only reported after 7 days after, so to my surprise they offered me a 15% off on my next treatment and obviously i wont be using this. The management there is **** and this is a salon with no regard whatsoever for clients for the amount of money we spend on these treatments is just too much to be receiving the ****ty service we receive, I'm beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with how they handle customer complaints and customer dissatisfaction its truly horrible
