Communicating from the heart
I just received an email from Sorbet informing customers that they will be on lockdown. With a poem to go with it nogal. What I loved most about this note is its realistic, warm and sincere tone. It is uplifting without disregarding the challenge, motivational without being Pollyannarish. Thank you Sorbet for creating new perspective for me, and giving me courage to enter this season with a sense of purpopose.
