Clearwater Mall Sorbet unskilled ******

It is with absolute disappointment, disbelief and flat out disgust that I write this review for Sorbet. On Saturday the 21st August 2021, I took myself, my mother and partner in to get what I thought would be a spoil session, I sadly didn't realize I would leave an establishment that I thought was a reputable one so upset. On the 20th I called Clearwater Sorbet to enquire about the prices and what I had intended for everyone to get done, got the prices which amounted to R 1300.00, which I was more than willing to pay, but when I got there I was then told that I need to pay R 2745.00. I asked the blonde lady at the welcome desk how that is possible who then completely brushed me off and told me there is no manager to query with at that time and that's what I'd have to pay even though before the botched up pampering began. I am livid, not even 24 hours after paying that exorbitant amount did the nail polish on our nails start peeling. The one's nail polish was completely smudged and the other had already started peeling of a "gelish" the staff recommended. Your staff have terrible attitudes, the only one even remotely trying to be decent is Fatima. The blonde lady at reception and Nicky are absolutely terrible to experience, they did not make it a secret that we were inconveniencing them and they were in a rush to get home. The entire experience was overall just terrible and now we are sitting with chipped nails after paying short of R 3000.00 this is appalling, I would never recommend that anybody waste their time at sorbet.
