Choose a different Sorbet Salon

Went for a gel overlay at Sorbet Salon in Paddocks Centre Milnerton.Some of the toenails gel washed off while showering. Yes it was a gel overlay. The lady that did the toenails kept taking it off and starting over as the undercoats touched her apron. Placed my feet under the gadget to dry quickly I think she rushed it and forgot to do the nail polish undercoat on some of the toes. When I called them I was made a **** and was asked to go to a sorbet salon near me(nearest one 1hour3/4 far. At last the Manageres called and said they will give me off R120 as that is what it would cost to re do my gel overlay. I find this an insult I feel they have to do it over for free. My small toe got infected as the lady cut into the flesh and just painted over the toe. I thought it a small matter at the time and did not bring it to the Managers attention. I had to Whatsapp photos as well to proof that it was a gel overlay. My put my integrity in doubt. Never apologised for calling me a **** either. I wonder who is standing behind the door tocall me as client a ****?
