Bumps on my nec****! Gross Place Don't Go

Why did i have to go to this rosebank branch. sandton is meh its okay. the guy cut my neck up and i'm getting bumps on my Neck!! all i asked for was a number 1 cut. I didn't not appreciate the sly remark of have i been to sorbet and am i aware of the prices. well i want my money back then if the prices are so damn special. The lady at front desk is no help she doesn't know how anything works or what an appointment is. i was never offered a drink. i thought maybe this branch doesn't do drinks. but the guy next to me got offered a drink. they didn't take my money when i paid it was just standing on the desk. when i left the money is still there. they just looked at me. and said thank you for the tip.
