Booked me on the wrong day

<p>I phoned the Northgate branch in advance as I wanted to book with a specific nail technician. I then receive an SMS stating my appointment on 15/12 at 10:00, not the 16th. I SPECIFICALLY asked for the Friday. I was now told they are fully booked on the Friday and did not try to accommodate me with the technician even though they are the ones who messed up. Will not be going back.</p>
