Bleeding finger from rough filing

Mall of Africa Sorbet I firstly won't a Google review but got no response. They have my number on the system but never reached out to make it up to me. My post said: I was given a voucher by a friend for by birthday so I went to get poly gel on my nails. When asked what I wanted I said I want poly gel. The lady who helped me said she would get someone who could do it. Once the nail tech got there she asked what I wanted and I said I wanted poly gel and some extra length. She said she wasn't very fami**** with sculpting poly gel. I said I'd then just have poly gel ombre, she said my natural nails were too short for the ombre (hence why I wanted the sculpting). She said she can try and then went to look for a sponge to try the ombre on short nails. I then realized I was being used as a guinea ***. I said it's fine let me just get a plain colour. The tech was very nice but I left with my finger bleeding from her filing down so much! The inflammation only went away after 5 days. The front of my nails weren't even neatened up. I also mentioned to the tech that my job is using my hands in product videos and photos so I need them to look good. The ladies were also in and out of training while I was there. Shouldn't your more senior techs be out on the floor and your newer techs be in the training? I used the rest of my voucher on products because I was worried about having to go through rough filing and techs not knowing how to do what the customer needs
