Beyond disgusted

<p>I am beyond disgusted with the service of Sorbet in Cradlestone. For the past 10 days I tried to make an appointment for an eyebrow wax and every single time they say they are fully booked. They don't even check on the system and they sit around without having any clients. More than once after they said they are fully booked I walk past the salon and they still just sit there! It is unacceptable. An eyebrow wax takes maximum 15 minutes??</p>
