BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL SERVICE!!!!!

<p>I would really like to commend the owner of SORBET, Kenilworth in Cape Town. I believe her name is Nikki.</p> <p>A few weeks ago I had Gelish done by a lovely lady by the name of Rose. Rose was AMAZING. I, myself am in sales and we in sales know that people dont buy products or services, PEOPLE BUY PEOPLE! I was so impressed by this friendly, warm lady, Rose that I left her what I considered a generous tip.</p> <p>About a week thereafter one of my nails chipped and I had to return to the branch, where they soaked off and re-did the chipped nail. After a few days a couple of my nails started chipping and peeling off, much to my dismay. It is important to note that my time is EXTREMELY VALUABLE and it is not so much the peeling nails that upset me, but the fact that I had to take MORE TIME out of my incredibly busy schedule to come and sort out my nails AGAIN!!</p> <p> </p> <p>At this point I was still not actually upset with Rose, as I don't believe she did a bad job. I realise the technology of the Gelish is not perfect, however, after spending R500 in total on this one manicure, I did go back and complain.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was referred to Nikki, the owner who told me that she could help me, but not that day, which was the only time I could fit it in my schedule. I told her that it was important I have the situation resolved as I see clients and part of the process is a lot of signing on paperwork IE groomed nails = VERY IMPORTANT!</p> <p> </p> <p>Nikki took about two minutes to call me back and she had arranged that I could go for the repairs at the Cavendish branch that day! I WAS SO IMPRESSED and would be very grateful if she could receive some sort of recognition as a fantastic entrepreneur, flying the flag for us successful women in a, still largely, male dominated world!</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Kathy Wilton</p>
